You cannot be WEST African immigrant in Cabo Verde (you use that term in your video), since Cabo Verde is in the WEST of The African Continent, so I guess what you should of said is EAST African immigrants…
WoW, love you honesty!
so rare, don't mind, most of them have no clue at all
I don't think I saw 1 woman in the video with a perm
Im CV and have lived among Cv on 3 continents. A very high majority CV will identify as Black and African. But colonization and slavery has impacted the mind and thinking of some, as it has done to Black people in different parts of the world. I can say with confidence that the Afrophobic views dont represent the majority. Not at all. Peace everybody.
which country in particular, most of sub Saharan people we welcome everyone with no expectations to give back, i dont know what part of Africa u talking about.
15:51 majaco that's my tribe😅
Unusually shapely women! What are you talking about?, So disrespectful.
The one at 27:35 with the blue jeans 😊
1.25x speed is best for this video
.😢😢😢👿👿👿 .The African, I would say the black, is a very special race and we always wonder why other races, white, Arab, Chinese etc. do not respect us. The Cape Verde Islands were one of the poorest countries in Africa since their independence and until the 2010s 15 years ago before the tourism boom and with the droughts in the islands, Senegal was after Portugal, the country which received the most Cape Verdean immigrants and today still almost 40,000 to 50,000 Senegalese also Caoverdian nationality which represents 10% of the population of Cape Verde, approximately 500,000 inhabitants. Not to mention the Senegalese of Cape Verdean origin who are in the second or third generation like the mayor of the city of Dakar Barthelemy Dias. Now since 2010, as Cape Verde (just like Senegal, a major tourist country) has become a tourist destination, Senegalese go there to sell art objects, African clothes and others. But economically Senegal is 10 times more developed than the Cape Verde Islands with a more diversified economy. In West Africa, in the Economic Community of West African Countries called ECOWAS (15 countries) , Sénégal is the fourth ( 4 place ) economic power out of fifteen countries behind Nigeria, Ghana and the Ivory Coast..
And the Cape Verde Islands, fourteenth ( 14 ) are second to last out of 15 countries, just ahead of Guinea Bissau.😢😢😢.
travel guide link is dead -> "Store Doesn't Exist
Oops! It looks like you're trying to access a store that never existed."
The way you outline this is interesting
Oh wow! What amazing people and beautiful islands. They speak Portuguese and have those traditions!
I used to work with a guy from Cape Verde and he denied being African
Why do Nigerians like simping 🤦🏾♂️
I liked your video.
Next time you come you can hit me up and I will introduce you to São Vicente Islands🫶🫶❤️ Because I have seen that you focused more on Badius (Santiago), I'd like to show you other perspective from Cape Verdean.
Btw, there is racism here, but it is kinda hidden.
Love from Cape Verde, Mindelo❤️🫶🇨🇻🇨🇻🇨🇻🇨🇻
The existence of AA always surprises ppl. Africans are not docile ppl who just succumbed to defeat but that is what happened to the ones in today's USA. The way they even accepted "Americanism" is difficult to understand.
Dr UMAR voice, don’t you find that suspicious 😂
Cape Verde is extremely beautiful. I went to Rui funana . Very friendly people, extremely peaceful. I would buy a house if allowed.

So the first like 15 minutes of the video was cap. You was talking about how welcoming they are but then at the end of the Afrophobia section you mentioned that you were discriminated against.
Do you have a source that you can post about the Badejo's? I've tried searching for this alleged rebellion you speak of and I haven't found it. 12:35
i notice you only blur certain faces …why?
21:50 Bro, this is not true. There are some type of discrimination but for you to state something like this is too heavy. Cape Verde overall is a friendly an welcoming. At least from people perspective.
20:14 This lady selling candy is a legend in the street lol
She been doing that for decades
13:48 My Bro out here tourist guiding 😂
