He's not wrong about carbs too, when I eat a lot of it, I lose energy completly after maybe half an hour, but when I abstain from bread or don't eat a lot of it, I feel completly normal.
I've heard the opposite about sugar and serotonin. I've heard that, I think specifically for autistic people, sugar enables them to produce dopamine add a healthy level

For me though, the exercise and carbs part are mutually defeating. Because I do distance running, so I kinda can't avoid eating tons of carbs (also I fucking love carbs)

What would you recommend for time bending ? Unfortunately I am a mental health mess, idk which diagnosis is causing which symptoms severe complex PTSD which caused me to develop heart issues, I have anxiety disorder I have panic disorder I have ADHD but I don't have hyperactivity and I have treatment-resistant depression so I do take the saffron supplement but unfortunately I can't take your cognitive enhancer due to my heart issues, is there something that you would recommend for cognition enhancing the doesn't have so many different ingredients in it as yours? Or one supplement with one ingredient for enhancing cognition. Depression, adhd inattentive tyoe, perimenopause, and severe cptsd since basically childhood to adult- which I have severe trauma as an adult however I'm wondering if the childhood trauma is causing most of the problems and we have no trauma Specialists where I live and there are no Amen Clinics either, I'm not honestly sure which one I should focus on I've been trying to focus on the ADHD stuff and do all the tips and tricks in the holistic what is your advice for people with co-occurring mental disorders that overlap in their symptoms?

I found out that only the gtg method works with my ADHD, of not getting overstimulated and lots of active rest. 30 min slow running means 20min rest afterwards. Appointment, rest. Work, rest, Vaccuming , rest ….
And carbs at night before bed keep from binging.

Yup, cutting carbs and sugar and all processed foods is basically what helps me. Plus, I feel so good every day now. It's awesome.

Yet they don't follow this with school lunches.
So I have to choose whether I want to live happy ( serotonin/carbs) or if I want to live being productive?? 🫤

Hmmm. Makes me wonder. I was misdiagnosed my whole life until my forties. ADHD and ASD… But I was always told I was depressed or I had severe anxiety. Which yeah , sometimes it would feel that way. But every time I let them Medicate me with SSRI's It would result in a complete digression. Now I understand The science thank you. They were trying to Boost by saratonin Which in turn Took away my dopamine. 🤯 Thanks Now I have a topic for my next therapy session
That is me everyday. I'm the most happiest unfocused and unproductive person I know. I do all of this however when i smoked cigarettes I was more active. How do i fix this. I am falling so fast it is scary. But atleast I'm doing it with a smile.
