should these exercises if done at a stretch should be done in the same order as they appear in the video? like we start from squat, then plank, lunges, push ups and gluten bridge…please advise…i am 58 and have been walking and doing breathing exercises…but i need to do some resistance type of exercises like this…thanks a lot in advance
Used all of these plus thousands of pullups recoverd from shattered hip and pelvis broke. Right shoulder and bunch of ribs at 52 took 5 years very fit again. Just believe stay consistent
Once you are older one must be careful not to create more problems for yourself doing exercises with hernia, nerve issue, torn muscle, heart attack stroke etc. Check with your physician first.
This is a great thanks
Poooooooooosh ups 😁
Calisthenics is great for any age, little or no equipment needed.
I try to do these now 75 but when my back plays up it’s difficult but I keep trying 😮
I'm a lifelong active 66 year old. "Anti-aging" doesn't count after knee injuries from skiing, gymnastics, horseback riding and playing hockey. Squats and lunges were been great BEFORE I did all those things. Now they just cause my knees to be 89 years old. The planks and bridges are wonderful, though.
I'm 51 and I start my day with some push-ups, and drink just water on an empty stomach before eating breakfast (if any), lunch or dinner.
Thank you.
thank you for the best videos watching from South Africa.
This has nothing to do with anti aging. More clickbait crap
Thank You

Diet controls 99% of the aging process. Exercise contributes to only 1%. Ask this to any doctor/nutritionist ul get the same answer
