  1. When talking about the chicken meatballs, it sounds like you said that you like to add "Myram", or "Myrum". In the transcript, it says "Myam".
I googled it, but I cant find anything. Could you PLEASE tell us what herb you are talking about? Thank you!
    New subscriber here, BTW ❤

  2. Please speak a little slower or put up transcript of the recipes, because the meals are so good I need to write down the ingredients. Thank you – a very helpful channel.

  3. The herb you used for the zucchini meatballs? It sounds like you said "my-rum"? What are you saying? Could you spell it out for me please so i can understand you. Thanks.

  4. Hi Tom! Jesus from Spain, I just discovered your channel. I have a question regarding coconut milk, it is true that it does not make BS peak but it is so fatty and it makes your BS increases 2 or 3 hours after having lunch, have you noticed that? Do you have an alternative? BTW I am type one and I dont follow low carb diet, I am interested in though. Thanks!

  5. Just remember blood spikes aren’t diabetes but natural response after eating foods. It’s when blood spikes don’t come down that’s the problem

  6. These are good recipes. The problem i have with tomatoes is the more ripe they are the more sugar they contain cos technically they are a fruit not a vegetable. I love the cauliflower florets recipe.

Do you have any videos on food combination (combing carbs and proteins and fats to lower spikes) and the order in which foods should be eaten to reduce spikes ?

  7. I've been struggling I remember going to my nutritionist and I told them for mixed veg, carrots, sweetcorn and peas with cauliflower rice and meat that I take around 30 grams of carbs for my insulin because it spikes my blood sugar even though she told me I shouldn't need to take anything. Not really sure what to say, but I can only listen to my body and see what happens.

  8. I love your channel, I have learned so much from you! The Zucchini and chicken meatballs look amazing, so does the curry soup! I will have to try those!! I have been obsessed with Kojnac noodle dishes recently. Kojnac noodles only have 2 carbs per serving with 2 grams of fiber, so ZERO net carbs and only 5 calories! They are a great ramen noodle replacement for diabetics.

  9. Don't care about carbs only, plants are killing you! Learn what you are talking about! Get off Youtube! Also the grains are doing the same! STOP giving out false information!

  10. Did not intend to subscribe but you make this fun. Today's number 9/24/2023 is 151mg/dl over the past years I have traveled from 120 mg/dl to as high as 180mg/dl. I am 79 and have taken many adventures, vinegar drinks blackseed oil and etc., to stop this insanity. The only thing I have an interest in is eating. My last blood lab number was 142mg/dl–done 2 maybe 3 years ago. I guess than

  11. Since you mentioned cocktail sauce here is an appetizer I'm sure you will like. Take a whole avocado and slice a bit of the bottom so it sits upright. Then cut the top to reveal the seed. Pull out the seed and then fill the cavity with cocktail sauce and place the fat ends of three cold boiled shrimp tails in the sauce so the fat ends are in the sauce but the rest is upright. Eat the shrimp and use extra cocktail sauce to mix with the avocado and eat and enjoy. A nice low carb shrimp cocktail.
Also, if you have an Aldi's near you, it is a great source for berries all year. My breakfasts usually consists of strawberries, blue berries, black berries, and raspberries in yogurt lightly flavored with honey. Also I buy their sausge egg and cheese bisquits that come four to a package for an occasional treat with black coffee.
