How are you going to come up with the funding when you are broke and bad credit and just starting the business. This sounds like a setup for failure. Find the funding? Not so easy…

If it's set aside, you can't "middle man" the contract to someone else, right? You are responsible for 50% of the work. Now i heard conflicting accounts. I heard that your tier 1 subcontractor counts for the same percentage of work as the prime doing it themselves. I've also heard that is incorrect.

Don't you need clearance for gov contracts. And wouldn't all the people underneath you need clearance too. Regardless of them being subcontracted (maybe exceptions for those that just pick up and drop off)
