  1. I am not a content Creator, but in Greece we make, Avgo – sto – potirri / means eggs in a cup! Its soft boiled eggs over cut up bread cubes and after we crack the soft boiled eggs over we mix the bread together and put salt and pepper and its an easy fast breakfast dish and we serve it in a coffee cup!

  2. I watched four of them getting progressively more confused about why these were all barely toast. Then I realized that all of them had eggs. And farther realized that this isn't one of the toast videos but in fact and egg video…. 🥲

  3. CHOCOLATE MOUSSE. Stiff egg whites, chocolate melted in a bain-marie to which you add a bit of salted butter, the egg yolks, some sugar if you're feeling decadent. You ad some of the egg whites to the chocolate and stir and don't mind that these de-emulsify, but then you fold the chocolate in the egg whites until you get a light brown foam. Then to the fridge for 4 hours. Great dessert with langue de chat biscuits and maybe some orange zest on top.

  4. I'm Indonesian. And my favorite dish is Salted Duck Egg. It was Duck eggs that is made by coating it with a salted Charcoal and leaving it to brine in that salt for few days. It's similar to Century Egg BUT. It still look like a normal eggs with the white still maintain its color it's just a little bit saltier. And I prefer it as a hard boiled egg. And this is coming from someone who HATES boiled eggs. But somehow I really love eating this dish. You can eat it as is but like Century Egg, eating it with Congee or soups will change your world. It's just taste amazing.
