For a fizzier cranberry fizz, I use sparkling water and about an ounce of frozen cranberry juice concentrate (thawed, obviously). You can use plain, lemon, lime, orange, or grapefruit flavored sparkling water, the zero-calorie non-sweetened kind. 😋 🍹
