    Its that simple and this is coming from an ex fatty.

    If more people took accountability and tracked calories, there'd be a lot less obese people in the world and we would save billions and billions on preventable disease and hospitalisation.

    -drink 5-8 glass of water
    -eat less
    -eat slowly
    -do atleast sport once a week
    But I will start your diet, it looks better !
