  1. Great video Sis! I am thinking very seriously. Just two points to make here. Uber is a foreign entity which only mops up money from whichever country they operate in. What I would like is to have a business LIKE Uber, NOT Uber. Do you get my point? Profits should stay in Ghana or Africa, in general, not in America, not in Europe, not in Asia. It is time Africans think Africans. My other point is the ease with which one can register a business in Ghana. What is being done to reduce the unnecessary bureaucracy in setting up a business? Is the process streamlined? Why can’t there be a one-stop office where investors (especially African investors) can have all the paper work done? This would eliminate a lot of headaches and troubles and “other hiccups”. This alone would send an unmistakable message to investors that Ghana is serious about encouraging investment and development.

  2. If you are buying in a legitimate housing development and can verify independently clean title to the land, then those prices are very reasonable and you should purchase now when the getting is good. Dodowa is like Aburi 10 to 15 years ago and we now see what Aburi has become.
