  2. I like this guy, don’t get me wrong, but have you guys used your 🧠 to see every YouTuber has multiple upon multiple videos on “how to lose fat/belly fat, etc”. Now, there are multiple ways to lose fat however, one video he says DO THIS TO BURN FAT- next video is 5 WAYS TO LOSE FAT, next video is 5 SUPPLEMENTS TO BURN FAT….the videos never stop. It’s just building his audience and likes to generate income and “help” you along the way. If he had a 100% proven way for you to lose belly fat, he shouldn’t need to upload 50 videos on losing belly fat. His very first video should do the trick. But who am I? Just my 2 cents.

  4. I would like to lose fat and build lean muscle, in 5"6 and 104 pounds how much protein would you recommend? Also I have been told to try creatine and load it for 1 week.. I'm scared of the weight gain. Is it really dramatic? Or are there anyways to avoid the major weight gain?

As a lactose intolerant I've noticed that even isolated whey protein causes me digestive issues, even when taken with lactose free milk, I've heard that bone broth protein it's better in those cases, wouldn't it be cheaper just to drink black coffee before work out if the caffeine it's the most valuable component of a pre workout?
