If you want a quite place or community to live in and near from the Downtown, you can look for Obour City. It's very quite and new community where you can bike and relax and walk. The rent there could be from 5000 to 6000 ($100). 2nd, 3rd ,5th , 6th , 8th, and 9th district only far like 35 min to Threer and 25 min to the New Capital City.

What a undeveloped country! Streets are dirty Hostels are disgusting. Urbanisation sucks. Buildings are old. Basically the country has lost its joy of living. So sad 😢
