Unless the beginner has no budget limitation or is very talented athletically, they should be looking at $100-200 drivers from Golfworks, McGregor, Diamond Tour and Giga. There are also some good closeout deals in the $200-250 range from bigger names like Cobra, Cleveland and Mizuno and, yes, Wilson. Dynapower drivers can be found for $200.
A lot of beginners would probably be smart to start off with a 5 or 7 wood to see if they're going to get the hang of the game. One can get a surprisingly decent one for $35-40 from Diamond Tour. Maybe add a slight grip upgrade. Sometimes they even have 10-15% off sales around holidays. I bought a 9 wood just for fun and the thing works great. Got a 7 wood for my son to see if that would be a club he might benefit from, and we both hit it great in brief testing. A 4 or 5 hybrid for the same $40 would complement the top end of the bag.
But hey, if the beginner doesn't blink at $600, te salud. I do want to see how that Titleist works out for a typical beginner…..
Since you left out the Ping G430 Max, arguably the most forgiving driver ever made and now with serious price cuts, this isn't serious.
