The house is very nice the kitchen wow love the kitchen and the doors leading to the balcony in the main room. The negative's are as many people have said where are the trees and also there is paint on the doors and floors etc which spoils the finishing of the house.

The architecture and design of this house is magnificent. However the modern trend of overly lightening & energy demands of these houses is a huge concern. As we all know the country is back to struggling with power supply (Dumsor) and fuel prices are creeping upwards every 3-4 months so imagine the cost of operating such a house or even just a portion/phase on a Generator. Solar is also still too expensive for most homeowners. Its about time Real Developers/Builders, etal & all the industry players to reconsider energy needs of modern houses they build else Ghana will suffer like Nigeria, Togo, etc.
