Hi Sue,next time cook the pineapples the same way you did the blueberries but add some sugar,if you can, add a small amount of cornstarch to thicken it. It's more yummy and would make the yoghurt last longer than raw pineapples.

To make the yogurt thicker @suzy you need to let the milk boil for longer like between 10 – 15 mins. Then when covering like the one you put intheoveni usually put a cloth on top before covering the lid. This helps in absorbing any water droplets from the warm temperatures

Probably the milk was from a fresian cow. Milk from fresian has less fat hence the runny result. If you can get milk from a jersey (not sure about the spelling but it has some brown and white fur) then you'll get less wey.
My daughter makes homemade yogurt. It's very good! She also makes homemade granola for it!
