Today I had half an apple as a pre workout ( heavy eye roll 🙄) and used several of these tips for my smoothie (chia seeds, lactose free milk (verdict still out on this) 0 sugar yogurt) QUESTION: Tracking carbs I know subtract fiber from total carbs for net carbs but what about Total Sugars? how do these factor into the equation is tracking Carbs; Calories and Protein. (Smoothie came out to 500 cal 28 carbs* 61g protein)
If you're having trouble finding ways to incorporate protein at high amounts try a protein shake and protein snacks. Everything adds up quick
