  1. My mother's doctor said she should be avoiding red meats as a diabetic. Also should be avoiding the yoke and just eat the white part of the egg.

  2. The eclectic recipes here are much welcome as we recently found out our pre-diabetic levels. Thank you and keep up great work with your creative creation👍

  3. I became obsessed with southern biscuits and gravy, which of coarse wrecks my blood sugar. Then it was southern biscuits and tomato gravy which was worse. I had some left over tomato gravy made with bacon, tomatoes, a little flour, and chicken stock, Then I put it over two breakfast sausage patties. Topped with two poached eggs. My glucose was perfect not to mention it's one of my favorite breakfasts.

  4. Thanks for NOT having Ads!!! Not to bad but get rid of the plants/veggies, plants are full of toxins! Make it simple Stop eating Carbs, Sugars, Plants, and Processed Foods!!!

  5. Beef, eggs, mushrooms, pork Do not hurt your liver. Get off the booze for 6 weeks, stop smoking,go exercise a little, see how you feel

  6. These foods will certainly harm the liver, and cause heart diseases!!! If this is the diet that my dietician will give me, then, I'd rather continue to my Raw Vegan diet, which cures diabetes, and not just lower the blood sugar, but heal diabetes, itself!!!!My doctor kept on extracting blood from me for his tests, and these days, he kept on saying: it has been lower, it's because I'm fully raw!!!

  7. On the truffles, can I use stevia instead of erythritol. Will it drastically change the way it tastes ? I used the stevia and I like it. Used the same measurement. I put in the fridge to firm up the consistency of the mascarpone.

  8. Hey mates it's a blessing I finally found
    the real diabetes
    cure from
Dr. Kanayo peterson YouTube channel. God will continue to bless you sir for helping me. I love you. Lad's a trial will confuse you and I bet you will surely come back to thank me.

  9. "Psyllium husk power"? Publix doesn't seem to carry that. I don't suppose I can skip the psyllium. Maybe you need to rethink the use of the word "easy" to mean "no exotic ingredients"

  10. Nice content but permit me to add a little……………………….. For individuals with diabetes, a balanced diet rich in nutrient-dense foods can help manage blood sugar levels and overall health. Here are some foods that are generally considered beneficial for diabetic individuals:

Non-Starchy Vegetables: Broccoli, leafy greens, bell peppers, cauliflower, and other non-starchy vegetables are low in carbohydrates and calories but high in fiber, vitamins, and minerals.

Lean Protein Sources: Chicken, turkey, fish, tofu, legumes, and low-fat dairy products provide essential protein without significantly affecting blood sugar levels.

Whole Grains: Oats, quinoa, brown rice, and whole grain bread or pasta are high in fiber and can be included in moderation to help manage blood sugar levels.

Healthy Fats: Avocados, nuts, seeds, and olive oil contain heart-healthy fats that can help with satiety and overall health.

Fruits: Berries, apples, citrus fruits, and other low glycemic index fruits in moderate portions can be part of a balanced diet.

Legumes: Beans, lentils, and chickpeas are high in fiber and protein while having a relatively low glycemic index.

Dairy Products: Low-fat or non-fat dairy options like Greek yogurt or skim milk provide protein and calcium without excessive amounts of added sugars.

Herbs and Spices: Flavoring foods with herbs and spices can add taste without extra salt or sugar.

I recommend the book below for more insight:

  11. For the breakfast i would add peppers, Lots of fibre and nutrition and since i don't like melted cheese i would leave that of of mine. Other than that great idea. As for the burger where is the pickles. I looooove pickes. I'm not going to talk about dinner since i hate mushrooms. Im already a fun guy i dont need fungi. The dessert is divine

  12. Just get rid of your diabetes first! So sick of the lies. Do your research. Here's what I do. I am keto/veg. Saturated fat, butter (160 C), clarified butter (220 C), red meat, eggs, nuts, vegetables, fruit. No wheat, bread, cereal, pasta, rice. No sugar. No artificial sugar of any kind. Only sweeten with fruits. Cacao Nibs. Only eat once a day. Fast (only water and minerals) 2 or 3 or 5 or 7 or sometimes 14 days. If 3+ days, cell repair will occur. Absolute cancer killer (lack of sugar, keto, so on). No processed foods – No E number chemicals. No sources of Aluminum!! Only whole foods. Works a charm!! NO $medications$, $drugs$, $vaccines$!!! They are designed to keep you sick! Oh and turn off your lie box TV and other mainstream sources of $brain washing$ $propaganda$.

  13. Why are all these recipes high on oxalates and give you kidney stones? Followed such dietary rules for over a year and needed surgery of 5.5 hours to get rid off a large stone.
