  1. lovely home, but please eh, secured homes this is by definition not a duplex, it is by definition a 2 storey 5 bedroom house. i am a little concerned though of the placement of the toilet in the BQ. Overall love the dimensions….though for your outdoor spaces can we not start burying these holborn tanks in the ground in a well instead of having them taking up space that could be utilized for other activities and also your acs on the ground floor could they not be raised up above head height near the pool i feel its a bit dangerous. just some asthetic thoughts to think about on your next builds. i come in peace and these are just my own personal thoughts on how to use the space better. much love richard.

  2. Those of you yelling GREENERY GREENERY GREENERY y’all probably don’t know the Ghanaian terrain quite well. My uncle relocated to Ghana from London with this same greenery bull crap. He built a house in Accra with a garden, some trees and lots of greenery and guess what every week we killed different types of snakes in that house. From mambas, to cobras to pythons. I remember one evening a huge cobra was caught hidden in one of those so called greenery trees, we chased it out and it went straight into our living room and hid somewhere in the corners. It was late at night so we sealed the doors and continued our search the next morning. Luckily we caught it in the corner behind a TV. I still can’t believe how I was able to sleep the entire night knowing a deadly reptile laid next to us. This greenery crap doesn’t make sense in tropical conditions.
