  3. I’ve been looking for something like this. Especially on the days I can’t get into the gym. I work in construction and my schedule varies. Sometimes I start at 4 am and sometimes I get off at 8pm. So I may not get to the gym on those days. But I can sure find 10 -15 min in the morning or before bed to get the blood moving. 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼

  5. Started today 28-03-2024. I decided to start this workouts because my friend took a pict and send it to me while me and my gf walk together. And guess what, i saw biggest pile of shit ever in my life, and yes that’s me. And in june my gf abt to graduate from college. And i dont wanna look like this big. My targer is about 90ish kg started from 110. Wish me luck guys

  7. During my entire primary school, I was overweight. I even skipped a road trip because my class was heading to the beach, and I felt too insecure to show my body, so I didn’t want to go. My teacher asked my parents why, and they explained that I didn’t wan
