Green bananas are fine or okay with fat such as yogurt or peanut butter.. another web based marketing charlatan..

  2. Whats wrong w banans if its not too much and covered by some peanut butter or tahin to slow down the absorbing of it in the blood?
Actually diabetes should eat their fruits always w some fiber or healthy fats or this type of stuff unless if the blood sugar is low

  4. I’m t2d and have reversed it. No meds. Lost 55lbs. I’m animal based WOE and mostly eat high fat, high protein meals but I still incorporate fruit & veggies occasionally. BUT, I only have 1/2 of a banana, or 1/2 an apple, etc.

  5. And you’re forgetting those who need to inject insulin may need to sometimes consume sugar due to the risk of hypoglycaemia, thus it’s not advisable to strictly avoid high GI foods. Also, cherries are considered low GI foods, so no idea where you are getting this misinformation from.

  6. As a little kid grown ups mom and dad teachers and even the doctor always told me to always eat your fruits. So ain't this a bitch finding out this later in life 🙄
