  1. I am from punjab and there is this one dish which is not something very common any more.. lotus stem kofta in spice curry. It's a lot of hard work and few dishes have become so popular that people only prefer them now. This one is just amazing if you prepare.

  2. I would say in my culture i dont exactly know whats it called but its technically eating fish with rice and potatoes not with bread with your hand like you put all of the things iyour palte and with wvery bite you put the potatoes rice and fish together its very delicious another one is what we clal palak its made of spinach you normally eat it with rice or bread ( roti / paratha ), you can add aloo ( potatoes) and meat with the meat and aloo you call it aloo ghosht palak i normally love it ewiht rice more than bread 🙂

  3. As a Mexican I’m happy our food is so recognized but wish people could look past our tacos, enchiladas, and burritos, while amazing delicious and a staple we have so much more to offer 😭 my favorites are Cochinita Pibil, Frijole Con Puerco, Bacalaou, and Sopa de Fideo. Give them a look up and try them out you won’t be disappointed!

  4. Yes! In the 1960s in south Korea, a popular breakfast was strawberries, rice, and sweet red bean paste. My grandma makes it for me all the time and people look at me like I'm crazy but it's actually really good
