  1. I'm from Chicago born and raised but when I was 6 my grandfather from South Africa popped up at my mother's house, told me he was my grandfather, DNA test proved it, my pops had passed away in the army but I remember they used to show commercials of Africa when I was like 5 in the early 2000s and they used to show the poverty stricken part only and he came and start taking me Cape Town and Joburg and then he took me to Dakar and Accra a couple of times and it woke me up, Africa is literally the most beautiful continent in the world and the tradition is rooted deep lbs, I started taking my homies and they were so mad at America for painting that picture of our people and i still go see my grandfather and family 2 or 3 times a year in South Africa and spend months at a time out there lol I remember the first time I heard Amapiano and went to a Joburg party it felt just like home lol Chicago black community made house music and we invented drill music and our parties are insane and we dance similar lol it really shaped who I am today and some of my best friends are from South Africa. Like one of the most popular movies in America that based in Africa is Blood Diamond and another one is Beasts of No Nation and that can traumatize a child because we go thru that here already, they never show the progressive and happy sides of Africa. I really want to visit Nairobi, Alexandria and I want to go to Tanzania. And I've got nothing but love every where I went in Africa even though I was raised in America, of course everybody wasn't cool but 90% of the people were cool and willing to help me learn and I appreciate that because over here in America we have had to build our own culture in the past 400 years compared to Africans 1000s of years and I must say for us to have such a short time over in America as black people we done a hell of a job, the whole world fuck with our culture, the music, the clothes, the AAVE lol its crazy and our food over here as black people is not that different from yalls lol that was crazy to witness too, I think yalls is wqy dealer tho for sure. And before you argue that Amapiano was influenced by Chicago,Amapiano is house music and house music was created by black people in Chicago circa 1980s, Google it if you don't believe me

  2. How is Addis Ababa placed at the sixth? I think and as I saw that's the wrong way and that's not fair listing better cities below Addis Ababa

  3. I'm Nigerian but not the type that seek validation. How clean is Lagos? How secure are you wn your car breaks down at night from 6pm? How's police relationship wt the citizens and visitors? What part of Lagos did U cover? So wn U say BEAUTIFUL CITY, wht do U mean? I'm sorry, U're either paid 4this or U don't know enough! Happy Sunday

  4. The western/European conditioning of the view of Africa has really diluted the most important and beautiful place on earth for many. With that said, this is obvious a channel ran by whites in an attempt to profit of Africa yet again (neocolonialism)

  7. I am proud to be a Liberian West African. Kla be ne " Liberia boost one of the longest seashores along the Atlantic Ocean, from the Southern Eastern shores to the west. And Northwest..covering over 300 miles with the most Prestige sandy beaches, and naturally grown massive coconut plantations/ groves. AND THE WORLD'S wettest country with ovrer 200 inches of rain, during its rainy seasons..
