This is a great video. Thanks. But I will be honest with my analysis of the house. First, the wardrobes in the secondary bedrooms on the first floor are very tiny, and so are the bathrooms. Good developers know how to maintain consistency. Big bedrooms should come with ample storage (wardrobes) and bathrooms. Assuming you have two kids sharing a bedroom, those tiny closets and bathrooms won't be sufficient at all, especially if they are girls. Another thing is, good developers design the ground floor guest bedroom knowing that it might serve as the second master bedroom in future, should the owners grow old and become unable to climb the stairs. This calls for a spacious ground floor bedroom, with reasonably spacious wardrobes and bathroom. At the end of the day, a good house is about function, not solely beauty. It needs to be adaptable to future changes, hence futureproof
