  1. Goddamn the hate on the car in these comments. 😅 Liked my pearl white V, coming from my previous 2019 Wigo – its a solid upgrade. Fortunately haven’t seen issues so far too, been Manila to Bicol Catanduanes twice, satisfied with the thing. Plus, with all the loaded specs as standard in the V together with the futuristic look, it wont look dated in 5-10 years.

  2. why not declare it as actual daihatsu unit?? is toyota desperate? see,,, an example, hyundai and kia one company but 2 different brands.
Obviously car issues coming out and it affects the brand name,,, feels and rides cheap too, correct !!!! c'mon toyota asia!!!!!

  3. Great review. Got myself the blue v variant ..i love the ride and driving it (coming from a manual sedan). You are right that it's a bit noisy, like plastic sound rubbing against each other esp when road is bumpy. The leather seats, hmmmp, mine got a "melted" surface look when a car freshener accidentally spilled on the surface. And yes, the quality of the paint…I've seen several hairlike scratches as early as less than a month even with much care when cleaning it. Otherwise, for its price point with the toyota safety sense…. it is a good buy. Overall, a happy owner here.

  4. Its a daihatsu! 😂 Its not a sporty car. Amoy sunog when flooring it above 4k rpm more than 5 seconds. But doing 70kph on 1,100 rpm makes me smile everytime, thanks to the daihatsu's first dual mode CVT.

  5. After ko mapanuod yung early reviews ng Xforce dito sa Pinas, lamang na lamang pa din si YX V vs. base model ng Xforce (mas mataas pa price) lalo sa safety features.

  6. I own one and its a bad car. It does not drive smoothly and keeps on sort like engine breaking. It jerks a lot. Very picky on the type of gas you load. An octane of 95 below will give trouble in driving. Response is also slow. The CVT get's confused when you're driving. Bette to buy another brand/car. Stay away from this model.

  7. i own the V variant and it ain't so bad. it just goes down to expectation. most cars in this price range will have their cons esp if you nitpick. Great review 🙂

  8. I can't believe it, why isn't this model coming to Turkey or are they imposing the turtle version of the same model? I'm calling out to Japan Toyota from here, please make sure this Yaris Cross car comes to Turkey, be sure there will be a record sales boom than the 2015-2016 sales of Corolla👍🏻🇹🇷🤝🇯🇵👌

  9. ofc vince will nitpick it, he already experienced other cars in the same price point that are built better and performs better. Objective and not blinded by badge loyalty

  11. I love my Yaris X bought mine last Aug 2023 1 week after the launch. I dont regret buying it. For those saying cheap door, paint etc. I dont expect a Lexus quality on a 1.3M toyota and I will not put my money on a china brand car.
