When non-digestible carbohydrates are fermented in the gut, they are fermented into hydrogen. When there is lots of fermentation in the gut, hydrogen can be measured in the exhaled breath. Hydrogen in the gut cannot exceed 1 atmosphere, or you discharge it as flatus.
My understanding is that hydrogen generation in the gut is a major benefit of eating a high fiber diet. If you are not farting a lot, you are not getting enough fiber.
Sure its fun to watch the bubbles but after 3 months absolutely no difference from tap water. Sorry to disappoint

I bought an infuser and it has helped my inflammation quite a bit and I sleep a tad better. You must make sure there is a vent in the bottom that lets out the chlorine or it's a fake device. There are a lot of scams. I bought mine on amazon for 99 bucks. I have been using it almost 2 months now. Thank you for doing this research.

For the uninitiated, it’s just regular water with extra hydrogen gas, promising miraculous health benefits like curing your laziness and turning you into a Greek god overnight. Spoiler: it doesn’t. Unless you're a hydrogen-deficient cyborg (hint: you're not)

Water is already hydrogen rich, which is called H202, you can't add more to it. There is no H2H03. Hydrogen is 14.5 higher then air. In it's gas state it cannot be concentrated further into water and doesn't dissolve like oxygen does in into water to feed fish….lol It's insoluble. This is to not real in my opinion.
Plant Biologists here. This just really really seems like a glorified Air Stone in a PLASTIC or GLASS Bottle. I think using an air stone in a container of water would be equal to or even more beneficial. A single air stone hooked up to a fish tank pump can agitate water just like this, evaporate impurities like chlorine, Fluoride, and whatever else is in the water supply also raising the PH naturally Just as it does in moving water in nature. It's not clear how separating Oxygen and hydrogen in a container can do anything to the water. Hydrogen is not water soluble once it's a gas. The Reason for that is because it's 14.5X lighter than air. Which means once it's Split it's insoluble. It cannot recombine until the gas is captured moving it from a liquid form, into it's gas form. Which is flammable gas that can then be burnt together with Oxygen in its gaseous state for energy usage, and then it is returned into water.
I think if this does actually do anything at all, it may only add a slight amount of "Potential Hydrogen" Which is what PH means, and it actually good for the body as it is recommended to keep an alkaline healthy body. However this may be done very easily with a simple air stone which can only add dissolved Oxygen. This just seems like a fancy air stone & interesting fad for people to "Feel Better" Looks like a placebo that may encourage people to consume more H2o with a higher amount of dissolved Oxygen which is what helps fish, plants, and human cells get oxygen. People say hydogen does not dissolve in water. Dont count on it. Water is the perfect solvent. A more than significant amount of hydogen will be absorbed and will be present in the water. As to whether in general it is healthy or not is a simple question but the answer might depend on, for whom ? All sorts of smoking, drinking, and other addictions always cause chemical imbalance and ionization of blood and body. So hydrogen free radicals present in the water will neutralize and counteract those ions in the body. So for a slightly prolonged period of time, if people with addictions consume significant amounts of these kinds of water or other liquids, with such counteracting agents they should experience a lot less craving and should very easily be able to just drop off, abandon, kick their habit, without experiencing too many withdrawl symptoms, or even side effects.

The ph in my water after hydrated by hydrogen is 7.50 balanced completely. My normal tap water 5.75 ACID!

Hydrogen water is just adding electricity to water with also infrared blue light. He’s smarter thing to do would be just get a infrared blue light but your glass of water underneath it so that it shines on the light and if you really want to structure it get a magnet and a hair tie so you don’t have to spend too much money and tie it around the glass jar or you could just take the glass jar and put it outside in the sun. It’s just as good.

The way you can get hydrogen water is by using a KANGEN machine. NOT these low cost water bottles being sold online or elsewhere. China tried creating one that would be safe and even after giving their best shot, said it cannot be done. But it would have been priced at around $1000 dollars!! Hydrogen is serious business and most of these so-called experts are FAR from being experts.
