This is a Motormouth couple car review of the 2024 Mazda 3 AWD compact sedan. Recently on the channel, we have been reviewing some affordable sedan options and the Mazda3 is not exception. While it may not work for everyone as it does lack some interior legroom especially in the second row, it sure is a blast to drive.

I’ve had 3 brand new Mazdas. Mx-3, 3 and cx-5 all been so good and reliable. Just similar issues with all. Was thinking of going to a Trax but something just pulls me back to Mazdas.. thinking maybe another 3 but I do like more ground clearance with my cx5 but don’t want to spend that much since prices have gone up so much

What about oil consumption problems that the Cx. 30 turbo has?

I own a 2024 Mazda3 Select Sport and I really don't like the Sport setting, if normal mode is not enough for you, you are in the wrong car.
Bought the sedan last year absolutely my favorite car I have had in 15 years. Drives great and the interior quality is amazing. Love this car.

A wonderful car, only side panels, doors i wish had some angles, any way an elegant and sophisticated car
While I never owned one, I drove the Mazda 6 several times and enjoyed it. Too bad they discontinued it but I think the competition at that point was too much.

I have a question when you quote the prices is freight included?? When I went to the dealer the price on the car is so much higher and I got told sorry no negotiation. What's up with that. I loved that part of buying a vehicle now they just through in the mats for the price on the wind shield??????? Like really???? I need some guidance and advise please I'm all ears here for some direction. Please to do not refer me to Telegram app sorry but I can't figure that out. Not all that techie here. I have a 2018 Mazda 3. I love it! Has all the options. White on White but that red on yours is gorgeous!
Don't even get me started on the non-engineer simpletons that rag on torsion beams. Most are like blind test wine critics that can't even tell the difference.
The simplemindedness of the mainstream consumer is exactly how the marketers want them. The broader the motor power band, less transmission speeds are needed. Every shift event is lost continuity. More transmission speeds imply the motor has a narrow (peaky) power band. More doesn't mean better. Case in point: How many speeds does a Tesla, which out-accelerates most cars need?

Hi – I just purchase a 2024 Mazda 3 Select sedan and drove home yesterday on valentines day. – Found out after trying to adjust the sound that there are no rear – side door speakers, and just a grill. Does anyone know why Mazda didn't include rear speakers. I My sales person brought out another Mazda 3 Select to check and see if there were speakers, but the same for that car. NO REAR SIDE DOOR SPEAKERS. My sticker invoice on car says the car has 6 speakers. Techs checked and no REAR SPEAKERS. Does anyone know if Mazda have speakers that can be installed by a Mazda Tech? I've always had rear speakers in every car I've ever owned & this is weird. If anyone plans on buying a 2024 Mazda 3 Select – JUST KNOW there are no speakers for the rear doors, just a grill. I love the Mazda, but it seems they have cut corners on the 2024's. They give you blind spot monitors, and cross traffic alert, but they take away two speakers. If you go to the higher trim level, there you'll have all the speakers. Never the-less I'll be keeping it being i just purchased. I traded my new Honda civic which had all the perks, because i preferred have the Mazda, But I'm livid been there are no rear speakers. Please post if you are dealing with the same issue. I will be complaining to cooperate. If the Sticker invoice says there are 6 speakers, then it's what you should hear in your car, it didn't say on the CAR invoice sticker that – REAR SPEAKERS NOT INCLUDED. Not very entertaining for people who sit in the rear.
I loved this design when it came out, but while I think it aged well, I'm kind of just wondering what's "next" for the Mazda 3 at this point, ya know?
6 speed auto is much more reliable than cvt.
Easily my favourite FWD-biased non-luxury compact sedan. Great review guys.
I thought the 8 speed CX-90 transmission just needs a software update?

Guys, I've looked through your reviews. You've done like 5 reviews on this generation of Mazda 3. And not even 1 of those reviews do you do the Mazda 3 Turbo.
How have you done 5 reviews of a car and not one of them was of the actual full top trim model??

Such a solid review. Lots of info in such terrific format. I'm truly enjoying this economy car series. This is some of the best Automotive content out there..
