Thanks for explaining about the Regional ballot.
Technically what they are trying to say is that the ANC will in the end still get above 200 seats since some provinces get more seats than others

The country with the lower IQ in the world now needs 2 vote with 3 ballots.
Jeez most of these f00ls can't even read.
The lines are very long in Salt River Western Cape my family and I left so did hundreds of other people that wanted to vote the registration process was rigged I could not vote where I usually voted and registered in the past the IEC failed us they were not organized with the election voting process the Hall where I was told I could not vote were less people in the line it was rigged.

This regional representation system is not well explained – I'm not sure there was an information dissemination that ordinary voters can understand. There are many questions as to how a regional representative genuinely represents my region?
I cant vote at my local station, they say I have to vote somewhere in gauteng😭
