Ramaphosa bribed the IEC to take Zuma to court and to interfere in ballot papers. He also set many people up to threaten other parties and get rid of them. The IEC is an incompetent bunch of idiots who have no idea what they are doing. And for sure there was a set up to turn DA voters away by telling voters that the ink is finished or the resisters are not printed.
