  1. Beverly Johnson was not the first black model to be on the cover of "Vogue". Donyale Luna was the first Black Vogue Supermodel to be on the cover of "Vogue". Even though it was a drawing of her likeness. Luna was in Federico Fellini's "Satyricon". It was a 1969 Italian surreal historical film written and directed by Federico Fellini and loosely based on Petronius's work Satyricon. Just thought you need to know the correct facts. Thank you.

  2. Im really disappointed i didnt see Donna Summer on here, without doubt one of the most gorgeous ladies of any color!! Well? While im not mad just try an do better tbe next time!!

  3. WHAT AN INSULT! TO CONTINUALLY CALLING OUR PEOPLE BLACK. OUR PEOPLE NEVER CALLED OURSELVES BLACK. INSULT ON THE HIGHEST ORDER. INDIGENOUS NIIJI OF NORTH AMERICA WHO HAVE BEEN RECLASSIFIED AS NEGRO, COLORED CREOLE BY THE FOREIGNERS WHO CAME HERE.THE TRUE AMERICAN INDIANS PERIOD.

  4. ❤I remember them all saw there movies they all are and were Beautiful talented woman at age 65 apparently I arrived just in time some of these woman I remember especially others saw the films shows and activism warms my hart to now that experience and memories 🎉

  5. I always found women of all races to be beautiful. Not based on the pigment of their skin, based upon the way they presented themselves. if you enjoy intelligent beautiful woman, why segregate based on race? Why limit the ability to enjoy beaufiful women?

  6. Brenda Sykes was and still is the prettist black girl who ever grace film and TV. There was no one like her! Diahann Carroll was too beautiful and elegant for words. She was also one of the best actresses ever. I wonder if she and Benda were young now what their careers would be.

  7. Anyone who interested in Vonetta McGee should definitely watch “The Great Silence.” There she is in all beauty and acting talent. She's one of Hollywood's most underrated gems. You won't regret a single minute of this great movie

  8. I can't believe you never mentioned Eartha Kitt in this. She was iconic, long before all these others were. Shame on you. As a young white boy growing up in the 1960's I thought she was hot. Loved her song, "Santa Baby", that is still an all time great classic Christmas song.

  9. What do all these Black American Women, not African, have in common-THEY ALL HAVE WHITE DNA BLOOD. YEA BABY. Put the Black American Women next to a pure African woman-PURE African women lose the beauty contest.

  10. Where is Dorothy Dandridge??She was the most beautiful woman!First black woman to get a Oscar nomination for best actress! You really dropped the ball keeping her of the list!
