  2. This was an awesome video and I'm commenting now to come back to later.
I've lost a lot of weight and made a ton of progress, but still always struggle to find the right amount of food to where I'm not so hungry that it negatively impacts my sleep. That added portion about Kiwi helping with satiation before bed felt like it was the exact kind of thing I was looking for.

I also actually bought some Konjac noodles the other day, but haven't gotten around to cooking them so now this will be some motivation haha

  3. Shirataki noodles suck for one main reason, they are balls out expensive for a tiny amount, its not worth it. Also didn't someone nearly die eating these because it got stuck in their body and they just kept eating it without knowing?

  4. Wonderful video. My back story: I am a nurse who was struck down with severe rheumatoid arthritis six years ago. Due to this I could barely walk the few steps to the bathroom, there is no way I can exert myself and exercise anymore. I packed on the pounds and just didn't care. I did a keto diet and lost 40 pounds of the 150 extra pounds I had put on. Keto is not maintainable due to expense and sad recipes that came from cook books and youtubers. The recipes are too involved, since I can't stand long enough to cook anything decent. I know how to eat better and know of the nutrition information you presented here. Now it is time for me to follow the advice you are giving and I am hoping that this will get me back down to a healthy weight again.
Wish me luck and courage. 🍀🦁 Thank you. By the way, I have subscribed. 📘

  5. If only Christian Bale knew about these foods when he was trimming down for The Machinist. Look up his diet, you won't even believe the lengths he went to for the part. At one stage, people were holding him up because he could hardly stand up.

  6. All of this food sucks. I wanted him to make a calorie free burger alternative or pizza alternative or something tasty and calorie free. All I’m hearing is the ugly stuff I don’t like 😢

  7. Some great suggestions! Chewing gum and diet soda are a hard no but I am going to try the noodles. When you are young, you don't think about it but the phosphoric acid in soda is terrible for your bones.

  8. almost none of these foods fill me up. I could eat all of these things and still be hungry. Also I have no idea where to buy these noodles or this slim rice

  9. Shritaki noodles are shite! Miracle noodles my ass. No matter how you cook or prepare them they will always have a texture of rubber. They come out the same way they went in and dont get me started on the cramps they can give you. You really have to be desperate to eat them but thats just my opinion and its the same with the rice. Its Konjac period no matter what form😂😂😂

  10. Insulin response is what you wanna watch out for not counting calories. You wanna drop aweigh build muscle: reduce any kind of carb intake. Until your body learns to use its fat stores.
