  1. So you were a skinny kid who ate a lot WHILE going through puberty and started hitting weights as well. Good work bud. Nothing but respect but many skinny guys wish they could gain weight but sadly you really can’t offer any tips. You’re at the age where your body is changing drastically already. The eating and lifting won’t result in that physique whatsoever for my males older than 14-17…

    Again though nice work. For everyone else who wants to achieve the same look, expect a three-four year turnaround

    But again you might not achieve it because it’s puberty that aided this young buck… UNLESS, you use gear.

    Which results in shorter life expectancy, shrinking testicles, hair loss, lower libido and skin problems

  2. Yo I have a question bro. I’m skinny… if I work out but eat normal 3 meals a day like I always do, wil I get skinnier? Or do I have to eat a lot and workout to get bigger
