Chef, hello from Puerto Rico. We also eat fufú. Personally I like mine with some sweet plantain mixed in.
I'm so curious about how this tastes! Cassava is usually used to make chips in my culture. We have something called ragi mudde which is a type of swallow made with finger millet and i highly recommended it.
