Uh, the baboon at the 5:56 mark isn't a "he" and that's no tumor. That's a swelling of a female's buttocks to let males know she's in season (ready to mate). The swelling is perfectly natural.
Chimps are the most violent primates on earth.people who keep them as pets always find that out the hard way.
The baboon chasing the lion was a trap by the lion. The lioness lured the baboon into a trap by the other lions. At least try to get it right if you are going to pass coment on wildlife.
