  1. I've recently become a Rose Quartz member and am so appreciative of not only the quality (and quantity) of your videos, Nico, but also the positive ENERGY you naturally put within them! 💯

    I've gone to several yoga teachers since starting the practice, but the inclusive, patient, and caring frequency NICO MARIE exudes through a camera lens just wasn't there in person at these places I was at. One can fill in the blanks on why such odd vibes continue to exist and persist, but it reinforces the necessity of Nico and all others like her in helping all of us become better.

    Nico, you introduced me to more advanced poses such as Crow and inversions … I am in deep gratitude at what I can do — even better that someone who looks like me guided me there.

  2. Oh my gosh I was nervous for this one! I did it outside on a windy day and had never really tried headstand. It was challenging but perfectly balanced leading up to the pose and also giving the mods was helpful in transitioning me into trying full headstand! To my surprise I was able to stay in it for a second or two, I’ll take it!! Thank you Nico 💛💛💛

  4. This was fun! I definitely had to do the easiest modification for the hand stand one. It was a good stretch for my shoulders.

    I can actually do plow pose and learned about moving your feet to the right or left for a different stretch. Very cool!
