  3. Yes, 2024 is the year l am determined to go on natural diet. Cut down on supplements. Take some, but go natural. Hope the doctor can advise us which supplements to take as they are not available in foods.

  5. What are the benefits of drinking boiled water. I don't drink mineral water because I don't like the taste and I need 8 to 10 glasses , and on mineral, I can only take 2 to 3 sips and not even 1/2 cup to consume. Thank you. God bless you.
