Please tell us how the students were recovered. My guess is probably through the payment of huge amounts of ransom. This is all scam. This is a new method centain people in high places and / or certain regions of Nigeria are using to steal the resources of Nigeria. Simple solution. Create individual state and city security agencies to monitor and police their immediate environment as it is done in all civilized countries of the world.
