Three things i felt which could have been better
1. Honesty. He was not cheating but at the same time he was not honest with his girlfriend as he let her assume he was a aeronautical graduate.
2. Sacrifice. Every character in the film sacrifices something for him in their hard times and shows that they are better than him. What did he sacrifice for them in his difficult times.
3. Morality . His father, him and his brother are the ones picks up the slippers first to hit others.
4. Little more Gratitude towards the one who helped him
5. Interview Panel saying we need such honest person. Concluding that all are corrupt including them.

Brilliant movie and an unforgettable character!! Based on a true story makes it even better! But the reality is these IPS and IAS officers are constantly under the power of the uneducated/corrupt/even criminal politicians and cannot do much, even if they wanted to! Most people are weak and would settle comfortably into bribery and corruption themselves. My aunt is an IAS officer and always thought herself lucky she didn’t have such politicians above her, maybe it was the department or location where she was posted that spared her from these politicians. Through this movie, we can understand why/how so many things are inefficient/ineffective/corrupt in India despite India being a rich country now!!
