100 Hours in Kumasi, Ghana! (Full Documentary) West Africas Biggest Market and Street Food!

Welcome to Kumasi, Ghana. This city is known as the cultural capital of Ghana.

It was once the capital of the Ashanti Empire, but although the empire no longer exists, many of its traditions live on in the local cuisine and culture.

  1. Mr. David I was in the hospital again and when I came out I had to watch this video again!
This is such a nice and informative video!
I can get away from my horrible health problems and visit this awesome place!
Thank you Sir! It's so interesting to see how these people work to survive!
    You are an amazing person!
I love this. I made a visit for my 3rd time.
Right from my hospital bed! I don't know why this video is so special to me. I've watched a lot of your videos, but this one speaks to me.
By the way I am left handed, would I have a problem if I ever did visit?
    I love the weaving center.
I know I am in poor health but I should not complain! All these people are smiling and are so nice! I wish I had money to buy some of the weaving! I love their skill
They work in a lot of heat and they take their culture very serious and with all that heat they don't complain! I feel bad for complaining! The stamps are awesome!
I'm sorry this is so long, but this brings me to tears every time I watch it.
Thank you again Sir. I can watch this a thousand times and never get tired of watching.
I would love to support them! To have their hard work in my living room would be awesome! In the heat they always give you a smile! I LOVE HEARING THE HISTORY OF WEAVING!
ONE DAY! ONE DAY! UNTIL THAT DAY WHEN I CAN VISIT I WILL HEAR THEIR STORY AND WATCH THE SKILLS OF THESE MEN AND WOMEN!
I WILL WATCH THE MEN, LEARN, CRY AND STAY AND BE IN AMAZEMENT!
    OKAY I WILL STOP NOW!😘

P.S. My stroke took my feet and left side function away from me!& My speech is very bad! BUT Look at the story that is put with no words in the weaving!🙏🥰🙋

  2. Good content, David
However, please be informed that any food eaten with soup is swallowed not chewed; hence, you shouldn't have chewed the fufu or kokonte with meat. Kokonte like fufu is eaten with soup not stew as you said
Therefore, you swallow the kokonte/fufu and chew the meat separately afterwards
    Thank you

  3. Hello David, have made your research very well before calling kumasi Market the biggest in west Africa, go and Google it Onitsha main Market in Nigeria 🇳🇬 is the biggest 👌 in west Africa if not the whole Africa! Even Ghanaians come there to buy goods thanks. Go and verify…..
