When you said 3 hours per past paper I was like DAYUMMM. I remembered teh way I did past papers. Now I'm a crummer, so when I crammed, I was able to do about 4-5 past papers in one day and finish studying before the next day. How? SECTION BY SECTION! You said it. This was my way of going through all of them quickly. It's very effective. Now since it's been a while since I matriculated High School (2018), I don't remember if I'd answer all 5 sections (let's say I did 5 papers at a time) in one go then marked all at the end. Or I'll do the section, mark, go to the next, mark, and so forth. Now that I'm typing this out I remembered that its the latter. Section A from 2017, then mark, then Section A from 2016, then mark, and so forth. That way, what I did not get right the first time around, I'll learn why then by the last paper, 2013, I'd score almost 100% for the section. It's a game changer. Butv tbh, cramming gets to you especially when you;re REALLY struggling with a subject. AND, it NEVER works in uni. I learnt that the hard way😂. And I'd also try and go ALL the way back. Sometimes we saw that a question from 2009 was in the paper😭 (but seeing a question from that far back seldom happens). I say 2014 it a good place to end.

I followed these tips way before like in terms of 1 this year and I got the highest marks in the grade. I cannot stress this enough because last year papers are blessing in disguise. Make sure you use the right technique learn the steps. I was an average student since I started using past year papers I became a A student.
