10 Things I Wish I Knew about All Inclusive Resorts|Bonus Tip at the End|Watch this Before Booking

One of my favorite things about traveling is everything that you learn along the way! I have been to so many All Inclusive resorts and each one has taught me something a little different. I don’t really have a favorite all inclusive resort yet but I would definitely recommend many that I have been to! Be sure to watch some of our other…

  1. You must be rather rich to drop $600/night on a hotel and to belittle normal people for not spending "just a COUPLE HUNDRED DOLLARS more per night". For a lot of people $600 is roughly what they'd want to spend on a vacation rental for a WEEK. But to you $400/night is "cheap". Wtf, what planet are you from?!

  2. Protip: Don’t cheap out on less than 5 ⭐️. You’re spending a lot of time and money so don’t fuck around. Go direct flights as much as possible and bring bifidus. Get private ground transportation, it’s a bitch taking group options.

  3. After alllllll the planning for our first time in Cancun (going in a month mid October) i DIDN'T KNOW it's hurricane season. Greaaaaat. Hadn't come across that AT ALL until your video. All we knew was the "average temperature" looked good. I guess they don't want you to know?

  4. What is the name of the transfer company that you recommend from the airport to the hotel located at Bavaro Beach area, and the approx. cost one way? I know in one of your videos, I think you had mentioned Diamond, but could not find it again? Also, I assume you can book in advance and the driver will be waiting for you with a sign? I know our tour bus will take us to the hotel, but it could be a long wait if other passengers are inside waiting for their luggage. Thanks very much for responding and really enjoy your Youtube posting for the various locations

  5. Love this tips. We stayed at the occidental (Carmen playa) was subpar @$400 a night and it was the worst place we ever stayed. Btw we only stayed here due to location for a wedding. Normally we stick with avg $600 and it is breathe taking places. (Paradius)

  6. can you do a video on the best way to book excursions from your resort? I'm staying at excellence Cancun which is kind of in the middle of everything, but close to nothing. Don't want to pay too much from booking at the resort but not sure how else we would get picked up. would it be better to get picked up off site in the closest town? Is it worth doing this?

  7. Good tips, but after visiting Cancun many times I prefer to pay for a more affordable hotel all inclusive because I don’t spend more than half of the time in the hotel. The best thing is to spend your money on tours/excursions and go out. $400 a night is too much specially if you want to enjoy Cancun which is more than just the Hotel!! Best hotel so far that is budget and all inclusive is Royal Solaris not a high fashion hotel but covers all your needs!!

  8. Thanks for the great videos! You seem to have been to all the resorts that I am looking at every time! May I ask if you have any advice on adults only AI Mexico where there is NOT a pool chair game? Thanks in advance!

  9. I guess I've only been to one all-inclusive and it was Sandals. Curious about tipping, so do you just include an amount at end or it's added to bill at the end or do you have to walk around tipping each person.

  10. Hey can you suggest some sites that offer cheap all inclusive packages to cancun I am so confused I want to go in February and this is my first time . I am reading reviews and they are scary about the hotels can you please suggest some hotels too

  11. The thing about pricing is not very true. In the Dominican Republic for example, there are some resorts that cost more than twice the price of an equal or better one. If the argument is to not cheap out, then why stop at $600/night? You can do 800, 1000 or however high is available. The fact of the matter is, you must always read the reviews to find the price-to-quality ratio before making a judgment. Cheers! 🙂

  12. Thank you for your video, so amazing! We will be there next month, just quick question, is there drinks and wines also free in their French restaurant and Italian restaurant?

  13. Awesome video! Your reviews and tours are so helpful. Inspired us to visit Isla Mujeres. We were looking at the palace, but your review of the beach and the food helped us broaden our search. We stayed at Privilege Aluxes In January and loved it so much that we are heading back in 4 weeks. Thanks for all your help!

  14. Great vid.We am staying at Zoetry isla mujeres in a couple months. While it is way smaller and chill then we typically like, as foodies we are excited to try it out. After our stay will drop a comment if we think you should check it out.

  15. Since you want suggestions on which resorts to visit, can you do Excellence El Carmen (perhaps even do a VS Excellence Playa Mujeres). Another is Eldorado Royal (You will HATE the beach there though so I understand if you never do that one).
