  1. God has sent you to me because late night food is the weapon fashioned against belly and I have absolutely no sleep routine…if there's ever an evidence of compound effect, it's my belly 😭😂

    – Regular exercise (dunno about lifting weights yet, but we'll see)
    – Take walks
    – More proteins
    – No eating at least 2 hrs before bed
    – Follow a sleep routine

    I think I can do these 🤔
    (Leaving my list here so I can easily refer to it)

  2. At the beginning of this year I started eating one meal a day, exercised 6 times a week, stopped sugar and processed foods, I don't eat after 3pm, drink a lot of water and I have lost much weight.

  3. I work overnight. So the daytime is rest when am trying to not fall asleep when I get back to work that same night. Workouts are on my floor as I work or as soon as I clock out , if I get home I have other things to do and workout is not one of them 😊😊😊😊😊😊😊
