God has sent you to me because late night food is the weapon fashioned against belly and I have absolutely no sleep routine…if there's ever an evidence of compound effect, it's my belly 😭😂
– Regular exercise (dunno about lifting weights yet, but we'll see)
– Take walks
– More proteins
– No eating at least 2 hrs before bed
– Follow a sleep routine

At the beginning of this year I started eating one meal a day, exercised 6 times a week, stopped sugar and processed foods, I don't eat after 3pm, drink a lot of water and I have lost much weight.

I work overnight. So the daytime is rest when am trying to not fall asleep when I get back to work that same night. Workouts are on my floor as I work or as soon as I clock out , if I get home I have other things to do and workout is not one of them 😊😊😊😊😊😊😊

I'm.sure you life is well arranged. Motherhood and keeping up with kids won't allow me to go to bed early. You got homework projects preparing super etc . My kids are very important.

I do 17hrs fast from after dinner till lpm or 12am the next day.i reduced carbohydrate and added more protein,walk 1hr each day.
I envy you who are able to sleep.What a blessing.My husband’s village people are dealing with me at night and it’s always war time prayerfully 😢
