  1. I'm back here from 2016. This is 2024, 3 kids, 20+kg later and too lazy to work out. I remembered as a young lady I worked out everyday to single single double and enjoyed it. Hopefully it would have the same effects as back then. Day 1. I'll be back in a month to update. Love you

  2. I just happened to be on a friends FB page and she spoke of your workout, so I decided to look you up and see for myself! The first video was: 10 Min. Cardio Workout and for the love of god, this is the first time I felt like working out! I’ve been seriously ill for the past 2 yrs. with a heart condition that can’t be fixed & an auto immune disease that’s no cure for. So I’ve had my days of feeling sorry for myself, getting tired of what I’m going through and I want better and more for my life! This can’t be “THE END” for me… 🫣🫢🫣

    Only time will tell and I will be back with my progress, because I am very motivated and ready to try…..😀
