Just started going back to the gym today and I came home and also did this workout! I mainly want to build muscle, but i do have a little unwanted fat I want to burn off too. Im going to stay consistent and do a mini progress log after 1/2 weeks and see what happens 🙂

I struggle with staying consistent and therefore I always miss out or seeing results. After reading the comments, I’m really optimistic and hopeful about this workout. I want to hold myself accountable so I will be editing this comment and adding to it everyday.
Day 1 – done
Day 2 – done but my shoulders hurt!
Day 3- didn’t do it
Day 4- didn’t do it
Day 5- done!!
Is it normal to mostly feel my arms and not really my back? 🤭 dont want to do it wrong
