  1. I put the dried fruits in the fridge so they're cold, that way they're cold. Walnuts are good to have along with Almonds. I also blend bananas oatmeal and biscuits and freeze it. Tj house are some of my craving solutions. I will certainly INCORPORATE some of yours too

  3. Am gymming 3 times a weeks and I don’t eat food that contains Shuger anymore and am also on diet but am still not loosing weight😢 what should I do pls 😫🙏… it’s really annoying
