Why is this video 9 minutes long 😂😂😂
Who else swithced off straight away when the first thing he did was lift his top to reveal his abs?
Im 30 seconds in and this video is alreasy utter crap.
Lost some credibility with that thumbnail.
My neighbor smokes crack for breakfast and he's rip.lol
You can eat not only checken but turkey, meatm fish also cottage cheese, nuts
You guys completely different today compared to the clip. In only 2 years.
how accurate is this ? the reason i ask is because you're mixing English units with Metric units so in reality your calculations are completely off 😅. You should be using Kg not Lbs
Beef jerky is so unhealthy
Hi
Thank you!
Yeah I was a pretty good breakdown
Beef Jerky is made with so many bad ingredients… try biltong
Thumbs down ……. protein powder …guy on steroids ………
The thumbnail is misleading, because broccoli and chicken breasts are excellent for building muscle. I do agree with the other things you put on your list.
Hahah he said orange juice. Pass
Most oats are grown with glyphosate, pass. I’ll do an organic sprouted oat from time to time. Oh and most bodybuilders are juicing it so why use whaf they eat or how it effects them ?? Smh.
Dude this video is misleading. Nonsense all those ingredients in the not to eat list😂 yeah right.
They used to feed Roman Gladiators Lentils as a protein source.
Quinoa should be on that list
I was wondering why you were showing vegan options and then I remembered that women like to work out too.
Me on front of the mirror trying to transform into Gigachad : 🗿
this is total mis info..click bait i hope sean reviews you for no bs reviews..
Stay away from refined carbs and seed oil, veggie oil, and sugar, and you will be fine.
Another thing that’s my problem.I don’t think I’m eating enough calories! I eat too meals. Likely my first one is usually 4 eggs with avocado. I’ll eat 3 with oatmeal. Greek yogurt blueberries .
The only one I can’t eat is spinach.that’s what I was told.I’m on blood thinners.I had A/ fib 4 weeks ago
😂😂😂 I love the purple 💜 socks with the yellow 💛 shirt and headband 👍🏼 gotsta love that man's style
isn't vegan protein trash with poor bioavailability of 43% compared to almost 100 in whey, meat, and eggs?
I can agree with everything except for oats. They're heavily overrated. Very low in nutritional value, compared to the other items in the list. Can cause chronic inflammation, because of the trace herbicides and chemicals used during farming. Not just oats but all grains should be avoided. Being carb adapted is something that you should try to avoid also, and become more fat adapted. The human body is designed to eat meat.
Matatan,
Ribirin H-S,®,
I've always been under the belief that the protein in an egg white is not completely bio-available without the yolk.
I've also been under the belief that oats can restrict your body's ability to absorb some nutrients and should not be consumed every day
Walked out the gas station with $10 bag of jerky and $6 orange juice. Sorry, we be poor. Can't be spending $20 on 2 small ass items every time he hit a gas atation😢.
You try to say turkey is better than chicken but the chicken has less calories and slightly more fat, yet we need a decent amount of fat anyway so I would say chicken is better. There is such thing as too lean of a protein. You don't want to eliminate all fats or you'd literally die
This video has been extremely helpful for me. I’ve neglected a lot of the foods on this list, but will now add them.
Do generics come into play?
multipling grams by pounds, what the f
popeys' spinach was green dollar to fight the commie
Ok you lost me on spinach (although i had my doubts on lentels and "carbs are kot making you fat"). You are obviously a novice with very limited knowledge
The paper said kg not lb per gram of protein
2:12 Not anymore. If something feels too cheap and too nutritious for everyone to have easy access, some aholes gonna raise the price.
🏋🏾♂️✍🏽
Beef Jerkys are problematic because they contain large ammounts of salt. Very unhealthy and could trigger high blood pressure if consumed too often.
Maybe not true about eggs being cheap since prices have skyrocketed since you posted this
I drink Muscle Milk brand protein, do you think that's good?
Can't believe you passed up fish
