  1. What’s wrong with looking old. If one is fortunate to experience a long life, they will be old and look old. I am a 72 year old Black woman, who is aging. I have salt and pepper hair, and have other physical signs of aging. I occasionally wear lipstick, but mostly wear no makeup. I have been a vegan since 1980, walk 3 miles per day, swim 2-3 times per week and , hike when the weather permits. I am very active and have many other interests. Quality of life is most important to me. I am comfortable in this aging body and have no desire to chase youth. Life has value at all of its stages, especially when we fully embrace where we are. No single age group has a monopoly on beauty, outside or inside.

  2. Yes. Take care of their mouth. It's such a turn off to see or meet a nice looking mature man whose grill is missing teeth, or they are stained or broken. Taking care of your mouth is a part of taking care of your health. I'll take a bad dresser any day with a gorgeous grill and work with him all the way to the department store. A sweet mouth speaks volumes, especially when cuddling, kissing, etc.

  3. Im glad you mentioned hair dyes . I always tell people dont dye your hair jet black if your hair wasn't jet black, which for most black people in America, our hair isn't jet black. Jet black dye looks fake and makes you look old. Use dark or darkest brown. It looks natural .

  4. So many of my generation (70+) age themselves with poor diets, terrible haircuts (rather no haircuts – growing scraggly white ponytails/braids), long unkempt beards, baggy jeans, and jogging shoes.

  5. patchy grey beard makes me look like a racoon. ladies love my dyed beard. going to work on natural ways to dye it until my grey is even.

  6. Absolute first class tips
Especially for men where there is alot of stigma the one for me that works that is mentioned is absolutely moisturising alot of men and some women don't get it also ironing your clothes, First class tips also looking after your teeth. In England the importance has dropped because of the responsibility of who pays for treatment.

  7. I am 65, short, ugly, gray, and bald. I am proud of being an old man with a golden heart. It is a shame for women who freaked out of me as the short, bald old man. Women blinded my true heart and extraordinary physical strength and endurance.😅

  8. OKAY – — you had my attention until you said SKIN CARE. Yes black man take care of your personal hygiene and for all to be happy, KEEP A NICE HAIR CUT AND SHAVE !!! Stop being lazy. I am female and I adore being female, however, no woman wants a man who uses too much face cream !! One lotion will do. A real man has no skin care routine . Like my daddy would say—SH**, SHOWER AND SHAVE.

  9. We all will get old if we live long enough but getting old and looking old are 2 different things I'm 60 but I look about 40 something no one can guess my age drinking and smoking will definitely age you and not taking care of yourself like going to the dentist or doctor appointments exercise is very important even if it's just going for a walk or dancing some people look old just by not taking care of themselves

  10. Found that cutting carbs to less than 20 grams per day couple of years ago made the fat melt off like crazy. Dropping 30 lbs after 5 months I’m at my high school weight (from XL to a size M so got a new wardrobe). Used to think cycling 1000 miles a year would do it before that, but not anymore. Went carnivore 3 months ago and lifting weights 2-3 times a week at 60+ years old and I don’t get sore after lifting heavy. The ladies definitely notice and smile
