Senegal is a very corrupt country, and Chinese you need a tip to pass through customs, people from other countries don't need it, (the international airport highway was still built with Chinese aid). Even if all my VISAs are qualified, without any disciplinary items, at first 100rmb, and finally bargained to 5rmb, and even $5 a box of tea leaves are withheld, and they drink it themselves.
