๐Ÿ›‘ THIS ONE OIL IS HARMING YOU ๐Ÿ›‘

Here is one oil you are likely consuming in much larger quantities than you think and it is harming your skin. What you eat and what you place on your skin makes the ultimate difference in your glow, collagen and elastin. Its less about getting a handful of procedures done and more about your healthy eating, sleep, stress and skin care routineโ€ฆ

  1. I worked in many restaurants and one very high end place. They ALL used the ten gallon buckets of the cheapest canola oil for everything.
My mom got Alzheimerโ€™s early and she ate salads with commercial dressing twice daily. Her mom was sharp to the end at 96- just olive oil and vinegar.

  2. Darn it โ€“ i just made my favorite goddess dressing with a couple spoons of sesame seed oil ( and tahini, lemon, soy sauce , olive oil, etcโ€ฆ) ๐Ÿ˜Ÿ. I'm still going to eat it but ill definitely cut back from now on.

  3. I went to Europe for a month and it was like my chronic illness disappeared, and I even lost weight. I felt so alive over there. That likely explains it.

  4. What about organic oils etc. like if it says organic sunflower oil for cooking . Do those kind have the fillers etc. that Dr. Rajani is talking about ?โ˜บ๏ธ

  5. Very old information but thanks for explaining the skin aspects in depth. I have cut all oil out of my diet as much as possible but still use a little bit of olive oil. I disagree with some of the dietary advice here.

  6. Thank you for sharing this information.
I added grape seed oil to my cooking a couple of weeks ago and noticed I began breaking out.
It boggled my brain as to "what the F! Did I get into.."?
    Well, now I know.
I ran out of my extra virgin olive oil and decided, "grape seed oil is healthy".
For my skin, at times maybe. But digested, obviously not.
Again thank you for putting the time in to explain cooking oils.
I season my oils. Dropping fresh garlic & dried herbs into it.
Lesson learned. I'll stick with my coconut oil ( my butter ), avocado or olive oil to cook with.
A shot of olive oil on an empty tummy each morning also keeps you squeaky clean ๐Ÿคซ๐Ÿคญ

  7. I definitely believe you Dr on this. Itโ€™s definitely exhausting & getting extremely hard to eat anymore finding the RIGHT foods, that donโ€™t also cost a fortune. I live in Florida & itโ€™s getting almost impossible to live here with the cost of living. Been here over 25yrs & itโ€™s sad to see how much itโ€™s changed since Covid here. Weโ€™re overpopulated bigtime in Florida & itโ€™s affected the cost of living here & TRAFFIC. I love your content on here. Thank you for your videos. Youโ€™re awesome. ๐Ÿ™โค๏ธ๐Ÿ™

  8. SOS โ€”Doc what would Javel or Jik do to your skin. I ask you this because when I open my water taps in the kitchen or bathroom, you can smell the heavy presence of these detergants in your drink, and bath water. I can only think that its not good for your health or skin.

  9. Please โ€ฆ I think I heard you say once that it's ok to use Vaseline on the face. Is this correct?? I've also heard warnings against doing this. Thank You !

  10. Seed oils are IMO bad for health. I read every label. I also believe sugar is a slow acting poison. I won't ingest it. The healthier one is, the better their skin appears, IMO
