  1. What is Dr's blood type? The truth is that one prescription for "healthy" does not and never has fit all, whether about blood type or not. EVER. I do think that if you consume vegetables or grains, you should definitely ferment first. More gut-healthy probiotics/ prebiotics than you could ever consume eating raw, steamed or roasted vegetables. You don't have to eat much of them either – like 2 TBSP real sauerkraut per day (super simple to make in your own kitchen, too). Just passing on information here. I don't understand how, but fermented veg / grain is supposedly less damaging to ones gut as well. Kombucha, Kefir and ACV are also helpful, too!! I'm making another batch or two of vinegar right now. I just add 1-2 TBSP in my water a few times a day, when I drink it. If you do your research, you'll likely find there's more to this old saying than just a catchy phrase: an apple a day keeps the doctor away. There are many reasons for it, but one of them is that the malic acid in apples helps work out congestion of cholesterol in the gall bladder / liver. Oh, don't think I'm saying cholesterol is harmful, but things can get backed up there – especially for some people if they've been consuming a lot of nuts! Some just drink apple juice to help, but I don't want that much sugar. If my calculations were right, one can get roughly the same amount of malic acid found in 32 oz apple juice by consuming about 1/3 cup ACV. Again, if you look into GB / liver cleanse, you'll figure out the connection. I personally tend to run low on potassium (K) and magnesium(Mg). I am at my best if I take K supplement and add a bit of sea salt to some water first thing in the AM instead of making / drinking coffee. More energy and clarity! That's me, not necessarily for everyone. You don't get that from just about any diet, and consider why on earth we all buy into a multi-vitamin supplement. Most of those only contain synthetic forms of "vitamins" that our body doesn't know what to do with – no more than it knows what to do with margarine.
