I love Alex but this is complete BSโฆ itโs a clear cut advantage for anyone that cuts extreme weight then gains that fastโฆ they should have rule. One week before training camp starts, they should be weighed. Whatever they weigh in at they must find in the division that is 20 lbs under the weight. So 20 lbs if that max cut and rehydration weight.
