  1. People are always looking for an instant way to lose weight without putting in the work. There is only one way to do that. Starve yourself and drink nothing but water. If that isn't an option, exercise 5 days a week, 1 hour a day, and eat small meals with vegetables and a protein source. It's the only way.

  2. I can't imagine coffee and Ginger tasting good together. What if I have a cup of coffee, and then I have some ginger tea with actual ginger root right afterward?
